ART COMPLEX 1928

(I started my involvement in stage work as a lighting technician. After becoming a stage manager, I started to be interested in working as director to organize the entire stage work.)
Coincidentally, there was a plan to demolish one historical modern building, a former newspaper company which was built in 1928. This building was at the center of Kyoto and a really valuable heritage. I decided to renovate this building as a contemporary theater in 1999.
